Ever since I was a kid, daylight savings time was one of my favorite things! It meant that the daytime was longer, summer was just around the corner, and we got to sleep an extra hour. I used to constantly confuse whether or not it was the time to push clocks forward, or the time to dreadidly set them back. Luckily, for those that still have this issue, there's a helpful saying to keep them straight. 

At the beginning of the year, we Spring forward, and towards the end, we Fall back.
