Big Game = Big Plans

by on ‎02-03-2017 05:20 PM

“What are you up to for the big game?” “You got plans for the game this weekend?” “You gonna be watching the game on Sunday?”... Most of us have probably fielded some version of this question recently. One of the funniest things about this is you don’t have to be a football fan to look forward to having plans for the game, because there’s always the commercials! Plus, if you don’t tune in for the game or pay attention during the ads, you’ll feel really left out at the watercooler on Monday. Here are the essential components for any good game day party:4K Ultra HD TV

Big Screen(s)

You can’t host a party – and wouldn’t advise going to a party – without one. Whether it be a nice new 4K Ultra HD TV
or a projector throwing a big picture at the screen on your wall, you gotta have something the masses can gather around to catch those big moments in crystal-clear fashion. Maybe you even need more than one, but that all depends on how many of your friends you feel comfortable allowing trash your home.

Home Theater Seating

Big Comfy Seats

These are very important; without seats, everyone would be sitting on the floor. I think we've all enjoyed plopping down in a bean bag chair at one point in our lives, but if you still have one lying around leaking "beans" all over your basement floor, maybe it's finally time to put it out of its misery. You and your guests deserve the best, and we've got lots of options to give them that "Ugh. I don't want to get up!" feeling.

Beverage Refrigerators

Big Appetite

With a big appetite comes a big need for some small appliances like blenders for tasty drinks or deserts, pizza ovens for pizza (of course), slow cookers for your favorite recipe, or maybe a coffee maker for your second wind. Your fridge is likely full in preparation or after all the guests' treats, but where do the drinks go?! A dedicated beverage fridge will make sure you don't run out of room for all those veggie trays, chip dip, and gourmet cheese.

After you've got all those things taken care of, you're pretty much set up to be the best host ever... So what are you waiting for?! Create that Facebook event and invite all your friends that like to/wait to make last minute plans.
