Hello, I am having this issue at my home and in the best buy store as well. I wanted to trade in my phone to get iPhone 13 Mini and it is giving me this error at home and in-store as well. Best Buy employee said he couldn't help me with this and I tried different stores as well, but I got the same response and it is very frustrating. I am getting this error message.
There was an issue adding this package to your Cart. It should only be temporary, but please wait a little while before clicking Try Again.
