I cannot reach anyone by phone or by chat and just placed an order where the default shipping address was used and is incorrect. I immediately went back to the order to change it but it said it was too late. It is going to go to an address that I haven't been at in nearly 4 years. Phone support said to go to chat. Chat isn't available. I need this changed please.

It probably has been over 30 minutes at this point but I seriously went to change is immediately after the order confirmation page appeared and I noticed the wrong address.

I realize this but had tried everything else. I understand everyone is busy. I don't understand why the order immediately went into process mode. I have been hanging in chat waiting for an agent but tried in another browser just to be sure I wasn't just hung up. Chat there says I've reached them outside of hours and to please join tomorrow between the hours of 8AM and 9AM!!! That's one hour! I don't know what I'm going to do because I don't think anyone is at that address even.

As it sounds like you may know, once an order has been placed, any changes to it must occur within 30 minutes. Generally, once an order starts processing, we aren’t able to make any changes to the shipping address. Since posting, were you able to get assistance with this? You may need to reach out to the shipper directly to see if they can intercept it to the correct address.
