I ordered two HP omen books each at 850$. However, instead I received two Chromebooks which are weigh much cheapter than I ordered. I already provided the Serial Number of the wrong items I received over the phone to BB agent and I questioned about the UPS weight. As according to the tracking number {removed per forum guidelines} the weight of the two laptops you shipped is only 8.9lbs. However the HP omen laptop I ordered, each weighs 5.42lbs already based on the specification infor listed on your wesite. The total weight should be at least 10.8lbs not including the packaging materials.
I asked for a refund multi times already but haven't seen any explanations or refund yet. This is very bad customer experience and is not accetable
