hi there! i tried calling and chatting and wasn't able to connect with an agent... so i'm trying my luck here!
i ordered a couple of iphone tech accessories (nothing too crazy, a ring stand and a screen protector) and... got a sony speaker delivered instead??? the speaker was - indeed - addressed to me and now my original order of tech accessories is showing as delivered... ugh. no idea what to do

As someone who likes to keep a close eye on my packages tracking details, I know how excited I get when I see that my package arrived, so I can imagine that you're the same way! That said, I know that opening the box to discover you were sent the wrong product is far from ideal.
While I wish that you had been sent the correct order in the first place, I'm glad you brought this to our attention so we can try to turn this around. While I wish you were reaching out with happier news, I'm glad you took the time to let me know that you're running into an error when trying to send a Private Message with the info I asked for.
Can you try clearing your browser cache to see if that gets rid of the error? If that doesn't do the trick, then I recommend trying another browser.
