I was able to call the store and get a transfer to the Price match section online but the girl could not speak English very well. She promised an email verification which I never got.
Calling the line diirect is a constant busy signal any time of the day.
Does this mean we are doomed to go to the store for everything? Could not even get sales.

OK, Live and let die!
If you do not call from your phone on your account you may never get through to an agent. Was using my free Spectrum land line and not my cell and it could not get passed the busy signal after answer by recording.
Chat is dead (so far) for the last 4 days for me. Evidently the first lady that supposedly processed my price match never did it. Very heavy accent of some kind???? Indospanglish.
Chat works for B&H so I know my computer works. Phone issue is strange and I wonder if it has a security list it checks as I have a blocker for incoming calls on my phone.
