please help me i'm from brazil and i bought it straight from a seller in california, i paid and he sent it now said i have to pay more money if i'm not going to receive my product help me i don't have money he said he wouldn't pay anything more than I had paid

Unfortunately it sounds like you were scammed.  You should absolutely contact your local authorities and provide them with all of the details you have on the seller.  

 

Best Buy sells direct to customers and ships to the US and US territories only.  Any issues with items that are bought from a reseller or middleman need to be addressed with that individual, Best Buy will not intercede as we are not involved in that transaction.

this and I believe that he sent me as his friend where would this store be   BEST BUY COMPANY {removed per forum guidelines}   is the information of the friendly seller where is this store?

Again, it’s fraud. If you didn’t buy it on BestBuy.com, you were scammed. I’m sure I already know the answer, since Best Buy doesn’t ship to Brazil. Sorry.
