Hi, I went for bestbuy store to purchase two laptop on Oct 19, 2020. However, there are no inventory in the store. Thus the sales helped me order them and delivered to my address.
The order was cancelled by your system 20 min later after the order. My account history stated the refund will be issued within 48 hours.
However, it has been 10 days. The refund status still shows pending. could you help with that?
