somebody knows why my order is being held at in progress?

it's been like that since April 9th and it was supposed to arrive at the 12th but it's still stuck at 'in progress'

the email address in which I'm posting this is not asocieted w/ my purchase. I had to make an acc because it's been 13days since the transaction was made
