shoddy packaging

Really Best Buy?!
 
I received my order, #{removed per forum guidelines} {removed per forum guidelines}. It was shipped in a timely manner and the purchase process was fairly easy. However...  the handling process was horrendous. It screamed "we don't care!". An old re-used box that was tattered and barely sealed. The ripped and shredded packing tape from the box's previous life wasn't even removed. Just a few new pieces of tape draped across the top, not even closing the seam. Inside, not nearly enough packing material to keep the item stationary in a much too large box.
 
I made a conscious decision to purchase the item from Best Buy over Amazon who had the exact same item for the exact same price. I try to support retailers who operate brick and mortar stores. I guess I learned my lesson with BB, because never would I received such a sad, shoddy delivery from Amazon. It's almost as if you were trying to convince me not to shop with you again.
