I paid extra for 2 day shipping, so an item would deliver this week. Now it’s Saturday, and I still don’t have said item. On the date it was supposed to arrive, about 4 days ago, the order tracking said out for delivery in my city. I checked every day since, and it still said out for delivery. I look today, and it says the package is in Las Vegas, another city and state entirely.
It looks like shipping is a very common issue with BB, and there isn’t really any contact information provided or any immediate help options other than tracking your order or posting on the forum, so here I am.
This has gotten a little ridiculous, especially considering customers are paying extra to receive items within a window and then not getting them for days. Is there any way to get back the money I paid for expedited shipping?
