I ordered an item from bestbuy.com on may 4th for same day delivery using paypal and rewards certificates. The item was never delivered and bestbuy initiated an auto-refund process on may 5th. I am still waiting for a refund my reward certificates and paypal account 10 days later. I call and get the run around about the "back-office" and a new case needing to be submitted. Multiple cases have now been submitted, since I get no resolution or follow-up. What's it going to take to get a refund for a product bestbuy failed to deliver. Currently I have never received the item and best-buy still has my money for something that was supposed to show up same-day.
