i purchase a sirius $50 prepaid card i found out that this is useless for new accout (store employeess knew litttle of this product) i returned it 2 days later. called the 888 number and found out i could wait up to a MONTH for my refund. for a store that sells tech one would thing they could put the funds back to my debit card or a cash return like most stores even those using "the square".

Did you make the purchase on your Debit Card via PayPal? PayPal does often take that long.
Typically debit card refunds take a few days. I would check in you bank accout after 3 or 4 days.

SiriusXM is something that many of my customer's were looking for, but to be completely honest with you, their ways to pay for their services were not handled by Best Buy. Being a car installer, I would sit in the vehicles with many of my client's after installation, and show them how to activate their radio, which was either by having them call the phone number or by registering online.
That said, I'm wanting to look to see if I could provide a response based on the way the prepaid card was initially paid for.
