I purchased an item from back in october of 2021
1.first item sent was wrong item decided to send me correct item after i spoke to them and told them what i recieved
3.i opted to return wrong item instore (as it was an option given by the bb rep)
4.the second/corrected item sent from never got delivered
5.made a claim with shipper and package was deemed lost
6.called bb explained and I was told refund will be issued
7.almost 10months later STILL NO REFUND
8.i have called over 10 times since last october and only been getting the run around
9. after last phone call to bb email was sent to me from bb stating the refund was processed and will take 7 to 10 business days
10.about 14 business days later still no confirmation email or refund

at this point im going for someone high up in employment as everytime i call i get someone over seas that answers my call which is very annoying when theres a language barrier and chickens in the backround.
if i could get some help thru here that would really be appreciated.
all i want is my $280
