I ordered a gaming PC monitor and customer support believed the original package had been lost and resent another monitor. The original order ended up not being lost and I received both the original and reshipped items. I called customer support and wasn’t sure the representative understood the situation. Before I could ask to buy the second monitor he emailed me return labels. When I finally asked he said that I could buy the second monitor and that I would receive another email. I have yet to receive that email. Can I buy the second monitor, do I just keep it or do I need to return it?
