This is an issue I have seen talked about in many other threads on this forum. This began for me back in February probably 2 weeks ago, where after trying to purchase a laptop online every order was automatically canceled by BestBuy. I have attempted over 20 orders.. I know for certain it isn't working.
I have already spent hours on the phone with both my bank and BestBuy and the issue is not resolved. I have double checked the billing address listed so many times and am certain there is a deeper issue now. I read on another thread that one customer was having all of their attempted purchases marked as fraudulant and having them canceled for this reason. I believe this is happening to me.
They already went through the "verification process" on my account and got back to me ten days after with no good answer. They said it was because "the product was unnavailable". This was not the case. And then when calling back again they said there "were no notes left on that verification case" and started another one that will take me 10 days to hear back from gain. Very frustrating.
I am a student and need my laptop to do daily work and this issue with not being able to purchase one has caused a large headache. So anything to get it resolved would be appreciated.
