"There's a delay with your order"

Hello - 


I purchased a MacBook Pro 14 on June 18 at the store.  They didn't have the item in stock, but said I would get it on June 28.  As luck would have it, I get an e-mail late in the day saying there is a delay with your order, but no explanation as to why nor an alternative delivery date.  


The following page:



1. "[...] we'll let you know by email and give you a new estimated arrival date. You can also Check Your Order Status any time to see the estimated arrival date and any available options."


As indicated, I didn't get a new estimated arrival date.


2. "We won’t charge your credit card until the item is shipped. [...]" 


The charge is in my credit card statement as of June 18, the day I visited the store.


So... that's that.
