I ordered a laptop on 9/3 that was supposed to arrive on 9/4. I got an email saying it shipped early 9/4. Both FedEx and Best Buy's website showed that shipping information had been sent to FedEx on the 9/3. However, I never received any update on delivery from Best Buy nor FedEx. I contacted FedEx and they said they still have not received it. FedEx says it's coming from Piscataway, which is less than an hour away from my home. What's going on with my package? Is it lost? When am I going to get it? Can I just cancel the order or pick one up in-store??

Update: I noticed that the order status has changed to "complete" but I have not received my package or a delivery update with FedEx!!!
