I ordered a fitness watch on Friday, 1/18 and chose Pick Up In Store because the website told me I could get it the next day. I could have ordered it from Amazon for $40 less and delivery by Sunday, but I decided to support my local business, make sure I wasn't getting a counterfeit, and get the watch a day earlier. Saturday arrived with no email or text from Best Buy so I went to the store and was told that my watch would be in on Wednesday, not Saturday as promised. Today is Wednesday and still no email or text. I am really disappointed in the lack of truth on the delivery date and the lack of communication about the delay. I've learned my lesson and won't be using this service again.
