I'm trying to make an online purchase. Shortly after placing the order, I get an "order limit exceeded" message, followed by my order getting cancelled. Can someone please help me?

I believe that this portion of my issue has been resolved. I was able to place an order yesterday morning, and it is still showing as "Waiting to be Fulfilled." At least, it hasn't sent me a text or email saying it has been canceled.
