Hello.  After spending 5 days as "ready for UPS", my order is now 'shipped' but without an expected delievery date.

However, according UPS the product is not in their hands, just 'label created', as it has been the whole week, with no changes

Also, the same product is now showing as out of stock at BestBuy .com

All this leads me to believe that the product doesn't exist and it is not arriving anytime soon.
