problem with my order

hello.
I'm international customer.
I want to know how can I buy items from the order {removed per forum guidelines} by my card? I want to know what is the problem of the order? it is canselled by BB.
Can I buy it by cash? if so, how to place my order?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your international order! It's great to hear you're interested in shopping with us. As an international customer, there are some details you want to make sure you follow per our International Orders page, including the billing address and ensuring you're not shipping to a freight forwarder. With that said, there are some occasions where we're simply unable to verify a customer's international details, and thus unable to accept orders. As far as purchasing in cash, the only way to complete such a transaction would be to make your purchase in store.
