The post office tagged my item as delivered on Monday in the tracking information, but it wasn't delivered to any location where I expect to pick up mail. They're making it tremendously difficult to file a claim on their website, so I hoped that all my time as a faithful Best Buy customer might earn me an easier solution to this situation. Any help anyone from customer support might be able to provide would be welcome.
