I ordered a pair of headphones on Jan 2.
On Jan 7, the order status changed to "The post office was unable to deliver the UPS SurePost package and returned it to the sender."
The status has stayed that way for a week now.
I check the ups tracking page every day and it always says "Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date."
It seems my package is not coming.
Can I get a refund?

Once it has been received by Best Buy at the returns center and is processed, it will automatically refund to your original method of payment.
