I have been trying to upgrade my phone through a T-mobile deal on best buy but when I go through the upgrade and tye all the things and try to check out. I am getting this message:
There was an issue adding this package to your cart. It should only be temporary, but please wait a little while before clicking Try Again.
but I have been trying this for two days but it still gives me the same result but when I click new line instead of upgrade it works fine. I have been very frustrated with this and I talk to best buy tech support and they are totally useless. I am not sure what to do and it makes me think that best buy purposely does not let people upgrade since it is a good deal.

However, it is possible what you may be experiencing is our inability to process the request because an upgrade, specifically through T-Mobile. Typically, for customers purchasing a phone and selecting T-Mobile as their carrier, it is for initial activation in conjunction with the cellular phone purchase.
