I have this same issue
I am very stressed out over this and I am praying someone can help me..
I returned an online order of a (Apple - Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular), 44mm Gold Aluminum Case with Pink Sand Sport Band - G...) to my local Best buy store on the 27th. I had just received it the day before via UPS and decided instead of the aluminum case watch, I wanted to return it and get the Stainless steel version. I went to my local Best Buy, I have the receipt of the return ...and my account Best Buy online says my order has been returned. However no return through PayPal has been issued, nor does it show as pending. I called PayPal and they aren't seeing the refund at all. I was hoping to resolve this through Best buy before filing a claim via PayPal however nothing has been resolved.. I even called your customer service about a very bad experience at the local Best Buy with the manager that did my refund. The notes are on record with the Best Buy customer service on the phone of how she treated me.She was very rude, she charged me a re-stock fee because I opened the box, I'm not upset about the re-stock fee.. just the way she treated me was uncalled for. Bestbuy said they were sending me a gift card to cover the $35.00 re-stock fee. However; I'm still due the $522.04 refund!!. I want to purchase another item with Best Buy but I can't till the funds are refunded.
