Can someone please give me a phone # of a real person I can talk to? Best Buy "customer service" can't help, Best Buy credit card "customer service" can't help, Citi bank "customer service" can't help.

I appreciate you reaching back out to us regarding your Best Buy Credit Card. As I've advised in our private message conversation, even though we have partnered with Citibank to be able to provide our customers with a Best Buy Credit Card, they have their own pricing & terms. You are welcome to contact Citibank at (888) 574-1301, or you can also contact them online here. They are in the best position to provide you with the answers you’re looking for.
I appreciate you taking the time to write us. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Have a nice day!

I don't have an account with Citi Bank; therefore they said they cannot help me. Any other suggestions?

The Best Buy Credit Card without the major credit card logo is serviced by Citi Bank. The proper number to call is on the back of your card. Only they can help you with payment errors.

Hi!
I've called that # several times and I keep getting the run around. I've never experienced such incompetence before.
Thanks for trying to help!

Use the automated IVR to make a payment. I believe I was able to use a Debit Card to make a payment. You can also use your checking account to make the payment as well without speaking to someone. Unfortunately I find the Best Buy Credit Card site portal glitchy and prefer to make my payments on the automated system.
