I mistakenly sent Best Buy my car payment. I've contacted Customer service several times and they say they can't reverse the payment because I no longer have an active account. My bank has also tried to contact Best Buy and has received no response. I just need Best Buy to reverse the payment back to my bank but for some reason this hasn't happened.

I can understand that having a payment made erroneously can be difficult. If you could Private Message your full name, email and phone number with more information as to what "Best Buy" account you had made a payment to.
