I am a regular shopper at Best Buy, but this is my first time ordering online because the product I wanted wasn’t available in stores in my area at this time. I received an email and text message today stating my package was delivered but when I got home on my lunch break there was nothing on my porch or in between my screen door. I noticed a few things that stuck out during the ‘shipping progress’ that was odd to me – 1.the packaged arrived in Philadelphia (the city I live in) then was scanned into New Jersey, then back to Philadelphia several hours later. 2. This morning when I checked the progress again it said at ‘8:47 loaded on delivery vehicle’ but when I was looking at it, it was only 8:39AM (and I have a screen shot on my phone to show that). I’m trying to figure out who to contact so that I can reach out to them to see if there was some sort of error saying it was delivered. Is it possible I received this message prematurely? I am hopeful that I will still receive this package as I was anticipating this to arrive today.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums for support. I can imagine your surprise and disappointment to realize your package was nowhere to be found, despite what its tracking says. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and for the confusing tracking updates you are seeing. I'd be looking for answers here as well.
