I recently placed an order and requested to have it shipped to my home. However, when I placed the order, I didnt realize that my My Best Buy account didn't have my apartment number in it for some reason. I have placed ship-to-home orders in the past and they were delivered just fine, so I know my apartment number was on there at some point. I have since fixed the issue on my My Best Buy account, but that wasn't until after this order was shipped.
According to the tracking info I received from USPS, it just says: "The post office was unable to deliver the UPS SurePost package as addressed. please contact the sender for assistance."
So here I am. I would be happy to provide whatever information is needed to resolve this issue. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

As I know from my own experience, having a shipment go astray can be quite aggravating indeed. I was discouraged to read that you've had this occur and I regret any inconvenience to you.
