This has been ongoing for quiet sometime, i have never returned an item nor disput a purchase with bestbuy.
Tried to buy something today but it is getting cancelled again. speechless with bb's system.

I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to have your orders cancelled and not know why. I would be glad to take a deeper look in to this to see what's going on.
