Welcome to the forum! It is certainly odd that your purchase experienced an unexpected delay, particularly if the item is readily available for pickup in your local area. I’m not sure what’s ultimately going on, but I’d be happy to help you however possible.
While you may always choose to visit your local store to purchase the item in question and then simply return your online order upon arrival under its Return and Exchange Promise, it looks like I have some good news. According to our system, your order shipped yesterday and is due to arrive today. You should be able to view its status online, but I’ve sent you the tracking number via private message just in case.
