I have been sitting on hold over an hour to reach the home theatre team. I called to see where the 50 inch tv is that I ordered on Wednesday the 12 and was shipped on the same day. Fedex says they don't have it, only that the label has been created. All I want to know is where is the TV and when will it actually be sent from Bestbuy? I am still waiting on the phone, over an hour now waiting for the home theatre team after speaking to a rep.
After an hour and 15 minutes on hold I spoke to a very nice woman in the Home Theatre Department. She said she was reshipping the TV as it is showing as Fedex never picked it up. She went under the delivery guarantee since I was suppose to have it yesterday. TBD if it gets shipped.
