order delayed

Hi

 

I ordered iPhone xs max on August 4th from Best Buy online website.

Order number : {removed per forum guidelines}


The expected delivery date was August 11th, but due to unknown reason, I have not received my order until today, September 16th.

I called the customer center countless times, but the counselor didn't solve the problem by switching to another department.

They even hung up on the phone several times unilaterally.

I asked my bank on September 3rd to refund what was paid by Best Buy.

But Verizon, which has a 24-month contract, still charges monthly phone bills.

Please solve this incomprehensible situation.
