order damaged

Hi,

 

i live in tahiti, french polynesia and i can't call the customer service.

im trying to reach them via the chat since one week and nobody's available...

 

do you have an email adress? I received a damaged pen with my laptop and couldnt go to a store while in the US because of the coronavirus...
