My order has been cancelled multiple times and I have tried various credit cards and paypal accounts and I even tried creating new BestBuy accounts for this, none of it has worked.
I contacted the customer service team via chat support multiple times and every time they gave me the same answer, "please wait 5-7 days for our support team to contact you via e-mail". It has been a month since I first encountered this issue and this still has not been resolved whatsoever.
Support team refuses to help me and kept telling me to go to a local store to put in the purchase order if I wanted to do that in the first place I wouldn't be buying it online...
I contacted the support team again and the lady flat out said "there is nothing we can do for you, you won't be able to purchase orderse online in the future". Can I get one competent support staff to tell me why my orders are being cancelled?
No it's not because my shipping address doesn't match my billing address I have checked multiple times.
