open box item condition not as stated

Item condition "Satisfactory" 

Note: Residue from stickers missing hardware,remote,stand

 

I drove 2.5 hours to pick up this TV in store since shipping is unavailable.

 

Got the notification that my order was ready for pickup, I show up and it hasnt been picked yet so the manager gets involved to help find the order in the store.

I ask the manager if the TV has any sort of burn in twice, She assured me both times there was no burn in on the OLED display

Well thats rough, display is unnacceptable.

 

contacted best buy support and was patched through to the Best Buy location in question

left my contact information via VoiceMail and still havent heard back.

 

Hopefully the image above conveys why im so upset. The manager told me confidently that there was no burn in after she just went back to pull the tv from the wall.
