What ia the point of calling??? I had to wait 2 1/2 in total an no one answered.... finally had to Go to the store and finally was able to cancel. Really unprofessional way of you guys to handle things like this. I do not see a public statement explaining the issue to customers. In total i wasted close to 10 hours waiting for someone to help me over the phone and did not get any help at all.

I called 8666507375 this number directly waited about 3 hour to talk to someone and they were able to call att and manually pre-activate the phone. After few hours I finally got a message saying my phone is shipped and I should be getting it on Monday. However, I will never buy anything from best buy anymore.

Whether you call to activate or cancel....the wait is gonna be 3 hours plus.

your suggestion to call was the dumbest I've seen.  THAT IS the problem most people are complaining about.

Well i end up calling few times, but finally got it to activate and got my phone on monday. Now i will NEVER order anything from best buy from now on.
