I understand that the issue is with activating it with the carrier but most customers can do that themselces I've been on hold for over 15hours total to get my phone released so I can get it all i got was a 5$ credit on a 1000$ purchase this is just a lame excuse for something that could've been easily fixed.

If your order status is currently delayed you need to call in and get to the back end team for them to verify your agreement with your phone company in order to get it delivered or pick it up. Hold times vary I've spent about 15hours total on hold and havent gotten it fixed yet.

Mine actually says order recieved. They still dont know where it is. It says this for both the phones i ordered.
