Has anyone actually gotten this resolved? The CS agent who transferred me told me it’s nationwide with all BB Note 10 orders on all carriers.

finally got hold of someone after 4 hours, but.... they have to manually contact the carrier to activate the phone and the carrier was closed when they answer the phone... and it was only 2 min after 11:00 (att close at 11:00)... so I have to try again tomorrow. After this, I will never pre-order from BestBuy again.
Anyone having the same issue needs to contact now or later because they told me that it needs to get pre-activated manually and it will not get pre-activated automatically even you wait.
Wonder how long it will take tomorrow before they answer LOL

after 4 hours on hold i finally got a rep. she needed my at&t pin#. my order status today still shows preparing for pick up. i will go by after work today and if i can't pick this up, i will have them cancell it. They should call customers or at least let them know at check out that a pin is needed to process the order. a 2 min fix ends up a 4 hour+ phone call. terribble customer service. I will never buy again from bestbuy
