Has anyone actually gotten this resolved? The CS agent who transferred me told me it’s nationwide with all BB Note 10 orders on all carriers.

It is 2139 here in SE Texas and no emails no calls no nothing. I will cancel it because of their lack of respect to customers.

I’m in North Texas and same story at 22:42. I’m canceling my order tomorrow. 6.5 hours total on hold I’ll never get back and they won’t even bother trying to make right. Total fail

It could have been easily solved with a professional statement on what the issue was. Lack of respect for customers.
There is actually customers that claimed they were up to 8 hours in total trying to get an answer.

finally got hold of someone after 4 hours, but.... they have to manually contact the carrier to activate the phone and the carrier was closed when they answer the phone... and it was only 2 min after 11:00 (att close at 11:00)... so I have to try again tomorrow. After this, I will never pre-order from BestBuy again.

 

Anyone having the same issue needs to contact now or later because they told me that it needs to get pre-activated manually and it will not get pre-activated automatically even you wait.

 

Wonder how long it will take tomorrow before they answer LOL

after 4 hours on hold i finally got a rep. she needed my at&t pin#. my order status today still shows preparing for pick up. i will go by after work today and if i can't pick this up, i will have them cancell it. They should call customers or at least let them know at check out that a pin is needed to process the order. a 2 min fix ends up a 4 hour+ phone call. terribble customer service. I will never buy again from bestbuy

So after 4.5 hours last night I finally got a hold of someone. She’s was really apologetic and super nice. She put me on hold for 5 minutes while she pushed the order through with AT&T. All good and got my text saying to pick it up. Went this morning to pick it up and guess what, they can’t get the system to recognize the upgrade number even though in the system it now says the phone has been activated. They told me to come back. They had no clue what was going on. I’m giving this until the pm and then I’m canceling my order and my Best Buy credit card and my account. This crap always happens and no one at Best Buy cares. Don’t know if they’ve changed ceo’s or done some sort of internal change but if I was in upper management I’d be getting phone calls from over this disaster.

Pre-ordered note 10+ on Aug. 8th, shipping delayed

I preordered the note 10+ from best buy on the 8th and it said it would arrive by the 23rd then on the 23rd it says delayed. No tracking info or anything, but they have charged my card. It says if its not shipped by Sept 22 then they'll cancel it. Whats the point of preordering anything if ur not gonna get it when they say. Anybody knows when it would be shipped? Or has this happened to u

So it is noon here and no emails no nothing. I callled best buy mobile. 1 hr 20 min wait they said.... what a disrespectful way to solve things
