Well i end up calling few times, but finally got it to activate and got my phone on monday. Now i will NEVER order anything from best buy from now on.

@ChrisRobbins Thank you very much for posting the phone number. I have them
a ring and got a very frustrating problem with pre authorization check corrected in
like 5 or 10 mins. I didn't have to ask for back office just discribed the error the
Best Buy associate gave me and he knew exactly what to do.
Best Buy needs to train their front line employees better. Most are just robots
who don't know how the business processes work. When things break just
try to shue you away... come back later as if the problem will resolve itself.
Much deserved kiddos to you man. A year later this thread still paying dividends !
