i just received a text and email saying there was an issue with the mobile package for my order. what does this mean? its scheduled to be pick up tomorrow

Is it scheduled? Have you received any confirmation from BB for pickup?
I havent heard squat from them!

its scheduled for pick up tomorrow. i got a text and email abput pre activation failed..been on hold for over 2 hours...still waiting...i will NEVER buy from bestbuy again.this is ridiculous

Sorry to hear that.
Mine says scheduled online too but that doesnt mean squat. in the past they have called me in advance and scheduled for me to come in.
this time nothing.
Which to me means they havent received them yet. We can blame samsung and bestbuy both!
I have had seamless purchases with best buy in the past so I am still hopeful.
Now I need to go work on my gadget addiction so i dont care so much in the first place. ;0

I got the same text from best buy saying that there was a problem with my order. Ive been on hold with them for over 4 hours at this moment. Im not sure this is going to get resolved. Thinking about canceling the order altogether. this is crazy.

Im on call number two (first was over two hours and then call dropped) and now I’m well over three hours. I should have expected this since something similar happened last year with BB and Apple. It’s just beyond ridiculous. Giving it a few more minutes then will just cancel order and continue life with my Note 9.
