Hello, I called the customer service to help me track my package and she switched me to the UPS..which no one picked up my phone after a long wait. I supposed to receive my package on August 7 (made the order on August 2) but there is no updating on my tracking page since August 4!!!!! just wondering what happened to my package...if I still not get any response, could I cancel the order and get the refund? Thank you.
