6 days to receive my download instruction email after placing an order online, an automated process BTW! 5 days after receiving my payment which took less than 24 hours for the funds to transfer. JUST SAYING!! I talked to every department/service the company had to offer over the next 2 days! Not a single person could offer any help or status on my problem. After sitting on hold for 2 days while staring at my Series X/S, not playable without a Live subscription which is required for the initial startup of the console and installing/downloading/updating each game,


I was finally defeated and drove 45 minutes to town to purchas a physical card starting my zombie massacre marathon .No longer a concern, I forgot about my digital code purchase! Now a year later my 12 months of Live I received from redeeming the physical card i purchased expired!! WEIRD! My account does not keepi emails around that long, meaning it was deleted! Was my first experience with the Online Digital Download purchase. Did not know it would be such a hassle to have another email reseent or find any quality information on how to resolve the issue! There is not one single direct link to an actual solution or to a spot that will point you in the right direction to finding a solution should one arise!


BTW i have checked every folder in my email, checked a few of my less popular emails, just in case, and have checked my digital library which is empty! I can verify purchase and I would assume you have the ability to verify it has never entered my digital library or redeemed! I hope to hear from someone soon so this can finally  be resolved quickly this time around!

Welcome to the Community Forums! Though I do wish the circumstances were happier, we are delighted to have you join us. I can imagine getting a new Xbox must've been so exciting! However, I bet then having to wait to play put a bit of a damper on things. 


It is certainly concerning when the digital codes don't appear in your Inbox when you would have expected them to. I can also relate to accidentally forgetting about something for extended period of time. It tends to happen when we are busy. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
