Re: my orders keep getting cancelled

Hello djrose216,

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize that it has taken so long to get back to you on this. Due to the busy holiday season we’ve been unusually busy and because of that it is taking longer than we’d like to get back to everyone.

Having your orders canceled is always frustrating, and I’m sorry that your orders are not going through. As noted in our Terms & Conditions, we will sometimes place quantity limits on certain items, and any order that exceeds those limits will be canceled. I looked into that order you provided and it is for three of the same item.

I would suggest placing an order for a single item. If that order still gets canceled, please reach out to me with a private message using the link in my signature below this post with the newly canceled order number and I’ll do some additional investigation for you.

Alternatively, if you need to continue to make large, multiple item purchases, I would suggest reaching out to our Best Buy Direct team using this form. That team is set up for bulk orders and would be best positioned to assist you with that.

If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Kyle R|Social Media Specialist | Best Buy® Corporate
