i ordered a package from bestbuy.com and opted to return the item after receipt. i called best buy and you emailed me a return label for UPS. I took the package to UPS and got a receipt. UPS lost the package. UPS needs Bestbuy to initiate the lost item claim because best buy is the package recipent (not me). I have called best buy to do this and they have refused citing policy but i cant get any further information. I even had a 3-way call with supervisors from UPS and Bestbuy to discuss how to best to resolve the issue but nobody was able to help. The Bestbuy primary support has refused to let me talk to a supervisor or the backoffice team. i really need some help here.
