Been looking around on the site to get some assistance with lost and misdelivered packages, but no luck on my end. I was able to find this forum. I recently placed an order for two children headphones and they are being shipped seperately. One of the items had shipped and per tracking was supposedly delivered today 8/27/21 but unfortunetly it was not delivered to my home. I've already contacted my local post office regarding this issue and submitted claims, as I had two other packages from different retailers misdelivered. I have my second package from Best Buy to be delivered on Tuesday, HOPEFULLY to the correct address, but with three lost packages now - i highly doubt it.
Also, these packages that were supposedly delivered to my address were delivered much earlier then when my regular mail is dropped off. So I know for sure our postperson is dropping my stuff off at the wrong address.
Wanted to know if anyone else had any misdelivered issues aswell. Did Best Buy help out at all? I wonder if I provide the information I have, they can look into something on their end?

Best Buy will always have options for their customers but it depends on the situation at hand. If the dollar amount is relatively low they most likely will just ship out another package.
But if it's high end stuff say a computer or worth a very high value it would be a claim filed and possibly you file a claim with law enforcement.
Have you went down to your local post office to file a complaint with the actual manager on duty? Do you have cameras in front of your house to capture what is going on around your place?
