log in problem in chrome

I have had troubles logging my BestBuy account through Chrome.  I keep getting this message "best buy sorry, something went wrong. please try again."  please let me know how to log in. thank you

Welcome to the Best Buy Forums!

 

I appreciate you taking the time to register on the forums and reach out to us. While logging into an account isn't needed when placing an order on BestBuy.com, seeing as we have the guest checkout option, you would need to login in-order to access your rewards account and any points or certificates that might be available. It's also easier to keep track of purchases when they are attached to a rewards account. I am sure that I login to my own account every other day just out of habit.

 

This must be frustrating, to not be able to log in to your account. Typically, this most often happens when you are signed in on multiple devices at the same time. If this is the case, be sure to log out of your account on all devices you are logged in on. Then clear your browser cache on all web browsers that you use. You can find instruction on how to do that here.

 

After that, if you have the Best Buy app, you will need to uninstall it from all of your smart devices and restart those devices by fully powering them off and back on. After that, you can reinstall the app, and try to log back in. This will usually resolve this issue. If this does not address your issues, please let me know and we’ll see if there’s any additional troubleshooting we can do.

We have covered this on the forums so please excuse me for repeating myself Smiley Happy

 

Do you have any add ons like a privacy blocker or an ad blocker?

 

This and many other add ons may cause the log in experience to not work.

Still I can not log in in Chrome. I tried all way that you mentione. but still shows ; sorry, something went wrong.
