This issue just happen to me last week, I have try to place order last few day at bestbuy.com, but all of them got automatic cancel, it keep said unable to verify information, I have use the same info from the past order nothing change in more than 10 years, I don't understand what information that you cannot verify, I have call your customer service several time but still nothing fix, I hope someone can help me fix this issue.
